The Bistro at Billy Goat’s combines memorable ambiance with great food and drink. The Bistro offers fireplace seating, rustic atmosphere, a delicious menu, and a beautiful full service bar. Enjoy our great appetizers, healthy salads, delicious entrees and sandwiches. Served in a relaxed, and cozy setting, our Gastropub foods are a perfect way to enjoy a casual dinner with friends, or a fun night out on the town. From succulent Pork Osso Bucco, to slow-smoked Ribs, Burgers and house made soups, we offer something for everyone.

The Bistro features 10 beers on tap, and the most extensive selection of Single Malt Scotches and Bourbons in the region.

Appetizers

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip - Artichoke and spinach dip with fresh garlic and imported Parmesan cheese, served warm with crostini for dipping. $7

Panko-crusted Calamari - Pan-seared Panko crusted Calamari steak with zesty remoulade sauce and fresh lemon. $9

Chilled Shrimp with Creole Remoulade- Spicy boiled shrimp with a zesty Cajun remoulade sauce.  $10

Citrus-cured Salmon Towers - Deconstructed towers of warm potato pancakes, delicate citrus-cured salmon, sliced egg, red onion, grape tomatoes and a cilantro-lime creme fraiche. $11

Black Angus Sliders -Miniature burgers on locally-made brioche buns, with sides of chipotle mayo, whiskey BBQ sauce, whole grain mustard, onion ring nests and assorted cheeses. $12

Miner’s Marinated Beef Salad - Tender marinated beef, chopped greens, crisp bacon, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and bleu cheese crumbles with our Sherry Vinaigrette. $13

Tuscan Grilled Chicken Salad - Mixed greens, with a marinated and grilled chicken breast, kalamata olives, fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, capers and pine nuts, with our house Balsamic dressing. $13

Silvershield Salmon Salad-7oz soy-glazed salmon with our house made lemon soy ginger vinaigrette, mixed greens, napa cabbage, green onions, toasted almonds and oranges- sweet and spicy. $15

Four Corners Chicken Sandwich -Pepperjack cheese and salsa atop a tender, grilled chicken breast, with chipotle mayo and onion ring nests on fresh brioche. $10

Abram’s Chicken Artichoke Sandwich- Our marinated and grilled chicken breast topped with a spread of artichoke dip, red onion, lettuce, parmesan cheese and fresh tomatoes. $10

Soup of the Day - A large Bowl of our homemade soup  with fresh artisan bread. $6

Brauhaus Burger - 1/2lb flame-grilled burger, with Swiss & cheddar cheeses, our special sauce, & crispy onion ring nests. $11

Bistro Burger -Blue cheese crumbles and bacon top this ½ lb Black Angus burger. $10

Jalapeno Swiss Burger - Our Black Angus burger topped with Swiss cheese and Jalapenos. $10

Red Mountain Ribs- A full rack of pork ribs, slow-smoked in house and served with our whiskey and bacon BBQ sauce, stacked high and served with a baked potato or potato salad, and crunchy vegetable slaw. $20

Sneffle’s Salmon- Potato-wrapped, pan-seared salmon with seasonal vegetables, creamy polenta, and toasted butter hollandaise. $23

Bourbon Peppercorn Ribeye -11-plus oz hand-cut Black Angus ribeye steak with bourbon and gren peppercorn sauce, buttered seasonal vegetables and a baked potato. $27

Pork Osso Bucco-House Favorite!  Tender red-wine braised pork shank and buttered tender veggies, served with creamy polenta and a traditional garnish of lemon zest, garlic and parsley. $22

San Juan Sirloin-Flame-grilled sirloin medallions drizzled with a Pinot Noir demi-glace, and served with fried onion ring nests, seasonal vegetables and a baked potato. $21  Add shrimp for $7

Camp Bird Chicken -Lemon-thyme marinated, roasted half chicken, with tender seasonal vegetables and creamy polenta. $21

Fudge Brownie Mudslide -Creamy soft-serve vanilla ice cream piled high atop a bed of fudge brownies, topped with rich hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry$6

Hop’s Scotch Crunch- Rich caramel, butterscotch and crunchy toffee bits top this vanilla ice cream sundae, with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry $6

Black Raspberry Parfait -A mini-sized parfait with Chambord-infused black raspberry topping drizzled over vanilla soft serve, with white chocolate shavings and whipped cream. $4

House made Dessert Special

Full Coffee and Espresso Bar with cappuccino’s, lattes, and a full menu of house specials with fun liqueurs and seasonal combinations.

Root Beer Float - Served in a frosty stein with creamy vanilla soft serve,  Root Beer and whipped cream on top. $3.50
