Biergarten
Brews, Brats and BBQ! Where else can you enjoy a Liter of Beer while taking in the most breathtaking views in the world? Our outdoor Biergarten is a must-see! The casual atmosphere and fabulous scenery make it one of the most unique places in the State. Sit in the courtyard, or under the Arbor, and soak up one of the most enjoyable experiences around. We offer 13 beers on tap, and serve them in traditional Steins. Try a Giant Pretzel or Brat, or a good’ol Hamburger! Your pets are always welcome in the Biergarten (please bring a leash!), and there is nowhere better for large families and groups to meet up. Snacks and Starters
Potato Patch Pancakes - Traditional pan-fried potato cakes, served with cinnamon applesauce. $9
Colorado Chips and Salsa- Red, white and blue corn tortilla chips with roasted jalapeno salsa $4
Pack Mule Pretzels - Basket of soft, Bavarian-style pretzels brushed with butter, and dusted with salt. $8
Giant Bavarian Pretzel- A real Biergarten tradition. 10oz Giant soft baked pretzel. $4
Sausage Bites - Bite-sized chunks of our German Bratwurst, and spicy Cajun Anduille Sausage, served with spicy beer mustard for dipping. $12
Greens and Things
Oktoberfest in a Bowl - A hearty stew of German-style Bratwurst and Anduille Sausage, new potatoes and sauerkraut, slow-cooked in an Oktoberfest beer broth, served with a side of bread. $7
Garten Salad - Mixed greens with lettuce, tomato, onion, sliced egg, diced bacon and shredded cheddar, with your choice of bleu cheese, ranch or Italian dressing. $8

A grilled German-style Bratwurst, and a spicy Anduille sausage with a pan-fried potato pancake, beer-braised sauerkraut, and a French roll. $12
